About the Event

Is cutting off the godly seed ever an act of “good stewardship?” What does the Bible say about adoptions and the orphaned in need? How should we view vaccinations and home birth — and show due respect to the medical establishment? What does the Scripture tell us about the great opportunities that childhood brings? The Baby Conference will address these and other pertinent topics in a way that edifies and equips families to have a joyful and triumphant outlook toward the blessing of children. Psalm 127 declares that “happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them”, and whether you have one child or ten, this conference is designed to build you up to become better and more visionary parents to the children God gives you.

Join us on July 8-10 for The Baby Conference: A Historic Family Summit on the Triumph of Life over the Culture of Death. As the world lauds barrenness for economic and personal convenience and marginalizes the value of our aging populace, we purpose to celebrate life and to explore a myriad of practical and theological issues that are pertinent to Christian families of the twenty-first century, such as: adoption, home birth, the coming cry for euthanasia on the horizon as our elderly generation increases, and the many blessings that come from raising children in the fear of the Lord.

The standard price of admission is $85 for an individual or $299.00 for a family residing in the same household. Children under 5 are free.

Registration includes admission to all sessions at the Gonzales Convention Center. There are a variety of dining and hotel options within walking distance to the center. Please see our Travel & Accommodations page for more information.

Ladies Tea Time with Michelle Duggar

This year we are pleased to be giving Michelle Duggar a special “Mother of the Year Award” for her heroic example to millions as a role model of Christian motherhood and her defense of life. Beall Phillips of Vision Forum Ministries will host a special ladies tea in honor of Michelle, to be held from 11am-1pm on July 9 at the historic Menger Hotel, the hotel headquarters for the Baby Conference.

Ladies are cordially invited to spend an intimate time with Michelle as she shares from her personal experiences as the mother of nineteen children. A nice selection of hot teas, pastries, scones, and finger sandwiches will be available at each table for this relaxing two-hour event.

This is a unique opportunity to visit with one of America’s most esteemed and prolific Christian mothers, and come away encouraged in your own life. Seating is limited, so register today.

The Texas Faith & Freedom Historic Tour

Arrive three days early and enjoy an extended vacation while immersing your family in the many remarkable providences of Texas history, as part of our Texas Faith and Freedom Mini-Tour, a three-day journey into the fascinating history of Texas. The story of Texas has fueled the imagination of millions through such episodes as the epic stand for freedom at the Alamo, through such larger-than-life figures as Sam Houston, as well as through the stories of cowboys and cattle drives, frontier Indian wars, and the intrepid Texas Rangers, who hardily defended justice across the far-reaching boundaries of the Lone Star State.

Yet more significant than the big and bold exploits that have come to characterize Texas are the lessons that lie behind the men and movements that drove them. To the discerning eye, the providence of God can be seen, turning events and preparing men and women for His sovereign purposes. Join us on July 5-7 as we explore these themes on the Texas Mini-Faith and Freedom Tour, visiting key Texas landmarks such as the Alamo, the Texas State Capitol and State Cemetery, and the National Museum of the Pacific War. Learn about the lives of such men as Moses and Stephen F. Austin, Gen. John Bell Hood, John Meusebach, Sam Houston, Admiral Chester Nimitz, and many more. Space is limited and is available on a first come-first serve basis, so sign up today!
