The Lord's Family Fellowshi[
Last updated on 5/3/2004After trying to work within a local church, we finally gave up and started a home church. We are led by two men presently, neither of whom would claim to fit the Biblical model of elder in their view. Others think they do. We meet each Lord's Day at one of the families home for breaking of bread, reading of scripture, singing or Psalms and hymns, expository preaching of the Word, prayer, and sharing time or what God has shown people or laid on their hearts. This also includes questions and answer sessions. We will then every other week or so fellowship together over lunch. Families stay together and each father is expected to help lead in some form. We try to encourage each other to good works and hold each family accountable for their family worship during the week.
