Notice of Event Cancellation: Due to the overwhelming response to our Jamestown Quadricentennial celebration, we will be unable to hold the Witherspoon School of Law and Public Policy this year. We regret that we had to cancel this important conference. By God’s grace, we hope to host it once again in 2008.

The Witherspoon School of Law and Public Policy will be held at the Bavarian Inn, in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. This quaint German town of 1,800 is the oldest city in West Virginia, having been settled in 1730. It is just under one hour from the Washington-Dulles Airport. Limited shuttle service from Dulles Airport is available on a first-come/first-serve basis for a cost of $75.00 per round trip, per person. The shuttle will only leave from Dulles airport. The shuttle will leave at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 10, so please make sure your plane arrives before 2:00 p.m. so you will have enough time to collect your luggage and meet the shuttle by the baggage claim area. The shuttle will return you to Dulles airport on Saturday, July 14, and will depart from the Bavarian Inn at 1:00pm after lunch. Please make sure your plane does not depart before 4:00pm. If you are interested in using the shuttle, please make sure you register for the shuttle on the application page. Payment can be made with a check. We recommend that those students who fly to this event fly into Reagan National Airport or Washington-Dulles Airport.
