About the Event

Please join us March 23–25, at beautiful Callaway Gardens for our 2012 Father & Daughter retreat. Callaway® is an award-winning, 14,000-acre gardens, resort and preserve nestled in the southernmost foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, in Pine Mountain, Georgia.

Registration includes a standard guest room for up to four people, all things necessary for a lovely picnic on the Grand Lawn Friday, followed by a delicious ice cream social, two scrumptious breakfast buffets and Saturday High Tea without equal.

Attendees will be able to enjoy The Virginia Hand Callaway Discovery Center, Birds of Prey shows, Cecil B. Day Butterfly Center, John A. Sibley Horticultural Center, Mr. Cason’s Vegetable Garden, Callaway Brothers Azalea Bowl, Overlook Garden and miles of walking and biking trails that showcase the beauty of God’s creation.

Accommodations

Mountain Creek Inn — Standard Rooms
Each freshly refurbished room has two queen beds conveniently located in front of the Mountain Creek Conference Center where all meals and activities take place. Each room accommodates a maximum of four people. If you are bringing more than 4 people please select the “Dad & 2 rooms” box after the Father’s name and you will receive a second room at our cost of $107 per night plus tax, or perhaps consider a 2 bedroom Cottage described below.

New for 2012 — 2 Bedroom Cottages
We have secured a limited number of beautiful and comfortable two bedroom cottages for just $41 plus tax per night above the price of two standard rooms. Each cottage offers a spacious living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, telephone, cable television, high speed internet access, fireplace and screened porch. Both bedrooms offer two queen size beds, a dedicated dressing area and bathroom, personalized desk, private entrance and lock off door from the living area.
