On August 10-12, Vision Forum Ministries is pleased to be hosting the first-ever Entrepreneurial Bootcamp for Christian Families at the beautiful Gonzalez Convention Center in downtown San Antonio, Texas. The convention center is located at:

200 E. Market St.

The Mission: To cast a vision for entrepreneurship that highlights the testimony of independent businessmen who embrace biblical principles and include their families in their work. Our four mission distinctives are as follows:

  1. Help individual families advance a God-blessed vision of victory which includes unity, freedom in Christ, and multi-generational faithfulness;

  2. Spark innovation and entrepreneurial activity in the Christian community such that believers would be mighty in the land;

  3. Encourage the growth of Christian business leaders who are in the position to set their own policies and represent Christ in the business community without the encumbrances of ungodly business institutions;

  4. Inspire Christians to think in terms of creative but wise solutions for applying biblical principles of family life and entrepreneurship to practical problems in the twenty-first century work environment.

During the two-day Bootcamp, we will discuss multiple business models that both honor biblical principles and involve fathers walking beside and training their sons and daughters to support the economic enterprise of the family. Further, these models will involve wives as homekeepers co-laboring with their husbands, furthering his vision at home and in his vocational work. We will also discuss how to plan for estate development and care for parents and explore how whole families can participate in skill- and wealth-building that can be carried on to future generations.

Featured speakers will include Jim Sammons, Joel Salatin, Dr. James Leininger, Doug Phillips, Arnold Pent, Scott Brown, Nick Logan, Wade Myers, Geoff Botkin, and Don Hart.
