Frequently Asked Questions

Baby Conference Registration Fee:
The registration fee for the Baby Conference allows you access to all speaking sessions held at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center - 200 East Market Street, San Antonio, TX 78205. Neither meals nor any other accommodations are included in the registration fee.

Are Children Allowed in the Sessions?
Absolutely! We encourage entire families to attend and enjoy the Baby Conference sessions together. We recognize parents are responsible for their own families and those with young children may need to leave the sessions periodically, which we encourage parents to do as they see fit. Seasoned conference alumni sometimes designate a family member to attend certain sessions while the remaining family members attend others, take the children for a walk, or enjoy one of the many family friendly attractions in San Antonio. All sessions are being taped so you won’t miss a thing. We anticipate rich fellowship taking place outside the sessions as parents tending to the various needs of their little ones interact with one another.

What is there for my children to do?
San Antonio offers a myriad of child friendly attractions, many within a short walk of the Gonzales Convention Center.

Discounts:
In an effort to allow for as many people to attend as possible we have already made pricing as affordable as we can, and cannot offer further discounts.

Scholarship Fund:
It is our desire to make scholarships available to those with a desire to attend, but lack the financial means of doing so. Please send scholarship requests to Kevin Turley at kturley@visionforum.org. Provided that sufficient funds are received for this event, we hope to grant select scholarship requests in early to mid June.

Will Recordings of the Conference be Made Available?
Yes. We designed the conference to give you the most information we can. This means multiple sessions will occur simultaneously, making too many sessions for one person to attend all of them. As such, recordings of the conference will be made available after the event.

Will there be a Vendor Hall?
Yes, a vendor hall with numerous vendors will be available for your perusal during the conference.

Weather:
You can view the weather forecasted for the time of the Baby Conference at http://www.weather.gov.
